Demands towards cleaner modes of transport, many automobile manufacturers moving towards electric or hybrid cars, including the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).
As reported by German media Rhein Zeitung, JLR CEO, Peter Modelhart, put forward a plan products that will be sold by JLR group in the future.
Modelhart explained that the luxury car brand Jaguar will move toward electric cars, which openly challenged the US-based electric car, Tesla.
Meanwhile, in order not to eliminate the aura of a tough-owned Land Rover, the British car manufacturer would make more sense if it offers product hybrid cars, rather than full-electric.
In Europe alone, some Land Rover models can already be ordered with an engine of hybrid electric and diesel V6 to provide abundant torque and maximum fuel efficiency.
